What you need

210g HUGO French gherkin slices, sweet and sour
200g feta cheese
2redmeat radishes
2black radishes
2tablespoons olive oil
1tablespoon lemon juice
30hazelnuts
Salt
Pepper

How to prepare

Wash radishes.

Using a mandolin, cut very thin slices of black radish and readmeat radish.

Place radish slices in a dish.

Add the slices of HUGO Sweet & Sour French Pickles.

Crumble the feta cheese and add it to your vegetable carpaccio.

Season with salt, pepper, olive oil and lemon juice.

Chill for 30 minutes.

Sprinkle with a few crushed hazelnuts before serving!
