1jar HUGO sweet and sour pickle rings
4classic buns
500g fresh ground beef
4salad leaves
2onions
2fresh tomatoes
4slices Emmental cheese
olive oil
Sugar
salt / pepper
How to prepare

Brown an onion in a frying pan with olive oil, then add a tablespoon of sugar.

Allow to caramelize for a few minutes, then fry the steaks for one minute on each side.

Season with salt and pepper

Slice the buns in half, then brush the bases and caps with olive oil.

Garnish bun bases with lettuce and HUGO sweet and sour sliced gherkins

Place the steak on top, then top with a slice of Emmental cheese and a few slices of gherkin.

Close the bun
