BRUSCHETTAS WITH CHERRY TOMATOES, CURED HAM AND RICOTTA

What you need

1jar of HUGO French gherkins with rosemary
1baguette of traditional bread
1jar of ricotta
250g cherry tomatoes
8slices of cured ham (Bayonne ham)
1tablespoon balsamic vinegar cream
Olive oil
Salt
Pepper

How to prepare

Cut the baguette into 1.5 cm slices. Brush with olive oil.

Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a frying pan and toast the slices of bread for about 1 minute on each side, then set aside.

Wash and cut the cherry tomatoes into quarters or slices. Season with salt, pepper and the balsamic vinegar cream.

Arrange the bruschettas: spread a layer of ricotta cheese on each slice. Top with cherry tomatoes, then finish with a little cured ham.

Cut slices of HUGO French rosemary gherkins and add 1 or 2 slices to each bruschetta.
