WRAP WITH FRESH CHEESE, PASTRAMI, ROCKET AND RAW VEGETABLES

What you need

1jar of HUGO French gherkins with vinegar
4wheat tortilla cakes
2carrots
1raw beetroot
100g rocket
1jar fromage frais spread
8slices pastrami
Salt
Pepper

How to prepare

Peel and grate the carrots and beetroot.

Spread the fromage frais on each wrap. Then add the rocket, 2 slices of pastrami per wrap and sprinkle with the grated carrots and beetroot. Season with salt and pepper.

Slice the HUGO French pickles and add them to the centre of the wrap.

Fold the wraps over: fold over the top and bottom (to prevent the filling from falling out), then roll the wraps up tightly. Cut each wrap in half.
