1jar HUGO French sweet and sour sliced gherkins
125grams butter
125grams flour
1liter cold milk
salt and pepper
250grams Beaufort cheese
3egg yolks
1slice ham
sliced bread
How to prepare

Melt 125 grams of butter, then add 125 grams of flour. Cook for 5 minutes.

Whisk in 1 liter milk. Cook for 3 minutes, then add salt and pepper.

Add 250 grams of beaufort cheese to the béchamel sauce, then melt and add three egg yolks.

Mix well.

Assembly: Toast 12 slices of bread with your mixture.

Place Mornay crumbles on the slices of bread, followed by around 20 slices of gherkin.

Repeat this operation 2 times.

Add a nice layer of Beaufort on the last toast.
