Hugo Reitzel red onion pickles
300g chicken strips
4wheat tortillas
2ripe avocados
2limes
Fresh coriander
A few lamb's lettuce leaves
olive oil
Tabasco sauce
salt and pepper
How to prepare

Pour a dash of olive oil into a frying pan and brown the chicken aiguillettes. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until chicken is nicely colored.

Halve the avocados and remove their pits.

Blend avocado flesh with lime juice, 4 sprigs coriander, 1 teaspoon olive oil, salt, pepper and a few drops Tabasco (quantity to be adjusted according to capacity).

Divide the chicken mixture, a few lamb's lettuce leaves, avocado sauce and red onion pickles between the tacos.

Serve warm immediately.
