1jar HUGO French gherkins with vinegar and shallots
1kgpotatoes
1kgraclette cheese
500gcold cuts

How to prepare

Wash potatoes and cook in boiling water. Keep warm.

Place the piece of cheese in your raclette machine and let it melt.

Make sure it doesn't toast. Gradually scrape off the softened surface with the back of a knife blade or a suitable wooden scraper, so that the cream can be collected on a warm plate and eaten straight away.

Serve hot potatoes and thin slices of charcuterie.

Place bowls of HUGO gherkins on the table.
