How to prepare

In a pot of boiling water, cook the potatoes for 30 minutes, then drain.

Meanwhile, melt the Mont d'or for 30 minutes in the oven at 180°C.

Wash the button mushrooms and fry for a few minutes.

Prepare the brochettes, alternating a potato, a slice of rosette, a mushroom and Bravo Hugo French gherkins.

All that's left to do is dip the brochettes in the Mont d'or, and enjoy this blend of winter flavors!
