What you need

400g chickpeas 
1dab Colavita, Selezione Classica extra virgin olive oil
2tablespoons tahini paste
1lemon
1clove garlic
salt and pepper
Paprika to serve

How to prepare

Drain the chickpeas, reserving some of their water.

Place the tahini and lemon juice in a bowl.

Add the finely chopped garlic, oil and a pinch of salt.

Blend with an immersion blender, adding the chickpea water if necessary.

Transfer the hummus to a bowl, garnish with a little olive oil, pepper, a pinch of paprika and lightly toasted pita bread.
