What you need

1jar HUGO French rosemary gherkins
600gpotatoes
120gsmoked trout
1small red onion
80garugula
4tablespoons olive oil
A small bunch of dill
salt and freshly ground pepper

How to prepare

Peel the potatoes and cut them in half (to speed up cooking). Plunge them into a pot of boiling water and cook for about 20-25 minutes. Check for doneness with the tip of a knife. Be careful not to let the potatoes mashed potato. Drain and leave to cool. (This step can be carried out the day before).

Cut the smoked trout into thin strips.

Peel and finely chop the red onion.

Cut HUGO French rosemary gherkins into small cubes.

Mix the potatoes, trout, red onion, arugula and HUGO French rosemary gherkins in a salad bowl.

Season with olive oil, chopped dill, salt and pepper to taste.

Enjoy your meal.
