250g uncooked rice
4carrots
2avocados
1cucumber
200g raw salmon
200g red cabbage
1lemon (zest and juice)
8coriander leaves
4tablespoons Jardin d'Orante Oil-Free Dijon Salad Dressing
4tablespoons rice vinegar
1small piece of ginger
How to prepare

Dice the salmon steaks

Cook rice according to packet instructions

Cut the carrot into thin sticks, slice the avocado, slice the cucumber and chop the red cabbage.

Once the rice is cooked, drain and rinse in cold water. Place in a bowl and mix with the rice vinegar and grated ginger.

Assemble your bowl. Add the rice, carrot sticks, sliced red cabbage, avocado, cucumber and salmon to the center.

Then add a few coriander leaves.

Pour over the oil-free Dijonnaise Jardin d'orante salad dressing. Add a squeeze of lemon juice and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
