1jar of HUGO sweet and sour French gherkins
1Greek yoghurt
1cucumber
1garlic clove
1small bunch washed and dried mint
Raw vegetables (cucumber and carrot sticks, cherry tomatoes, cauliflower florets)
Chicken kebabs
Pita bread
olive oil
salt and pepper
How to prepare

Peel and finely grate the cucumber. Using a clean tea towel, squeeze out any excess water.

Peel the garlic clove and cut into very small pieces.

Mince the mint leaves.

Dice the HUGO French sweet and sour gherkins.

Pour the Greek yoghurt into a bowl. Add the cucumber, garlic and mint. Season with salt and freshly ground pepper.

Just before serving, sprinkle with cubes of HUGO Sweet and Sour French Gherkins and a drizzle of olive oil.

You can use the tzatziki as a dip or as a base for a recipe (on pita bread with chicken and vegetables, for example).
