1Golden apple
32Hugo Reitzel grape pickles
24walnuts
1tablespoon mustard
1pinch pepper
3pinches salt
1tablespoon grape pickle juice
1tablespoon vinegar
3tablespoons olive oil

How to prepare

Finely chop endive. Dice Roquefort cheese, apple and beet.

Halve grapes and shell walnuts.

Mix all ingredients together.

Prepare vinaigrette by mixing mustard with salt, pepper and vinegar. Add the oil and grape pickle juice, then pour the vinaigrette over the mixture.
